Then you're like 90% of the diet book-buying public - doomed to shelling out yet more money for yet more diets, clubs and gyms as you struggle to lose weight and get the figure you feel you truly deserve - given the effort you're putting in - yet somehow doomed to failing.
In my new book I guarantee you'll change all that. If you normally skip the psychobabble as you skim straight to the diet insisting that you ‘don't need all that stuff' you'll feel differently when you read The Revenge Diet.
Yes, the diet is fantastic - easy to follow and no special foods to buy.
Yes, you will lose 15lbs in the first month
(assuming you have weight to lose).
Yes, you'll start to feel brighter and look great.
Butthe real secret of this book is getting to grips with the demons that have been holding you back and helping you deal with tricky situations such as:
I bet you can think of a few more!
So, let's get to the diet itself.
Just to reassure you, the diet is simple food that anybody can afford, find in the shops and tolerate.
I have banned heavy proteins in the evening but allowed a starchy carbohydrate dinner like pasta and potatoes - in fact this is like my Food Separation technique only simpler. You eat protein at lunch and carbs in the evening. So forget everything you've heard about eating a light, low-carb evening meal - your BIGGEST meal on this diet is dinner.
Breakfast is a special muesli or eggs and orange juice - simple but filling.
So why not try it? Over the next few pages you'll find recipes from the bookI recommend for lunch. You don't have to have them and can stick to good old ham and tomatoes if you like, but the salads are good if you enjoy something a bit inventive.
You will lose weight, improve your skin and nails and get lovely glossy hair on The Revenge Diet.
More to the point...
If you meet your lost love, the man you're trying to impress or any of the other flotsam and jetsam who've littered your life with misery, you'll show them that you won't be beaten, you won't let them get you down and you only have room for people and things who contribute something to your life - not drain you.
