Grenflex Exercising - Part 1

Introduction

Take a moment to ensure you know how to use the GrenFlex band correctly.

Your band will be either light or medium resistance. It should be easy to hold it in each hand, but you can wind it round each hand for added security.

You can shorten the band by wrapping it round your hands, or by holding it further towards the middle.

When using the band under your feet, make sure it is wide and not bunched. You might like to wear soft-soled dance shoes or trainers.
